Tylor has his last Gymboree class of the spring session today. He’s made quite a bit of progress…

I wasn’t completely sold on paying good money for Ty to play when Sue first brought this up (well that and the class was at 9:15AM on Saturday mornings), but now that it’s all done I do think it was worth it. They have a very nice space setup and the type of equipment that you could never fit into an apartment around these parts. Plus it’s clean which is not something that can be said for public playgrounds.

I first heard a rumor this morning, but now Ars is [reporting](http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20050621-5017.html?94314) the broadcast flag may be attached to an appropriations bill up for vote this Thursday. As a person who enjoys my right to view content as I see fit, I urge you to [contact your congressperson](https://secure.eff.org/site/Advocacy?page=UserAction&cmd=display&id=145) and let them know this is a BAD THING.
