My mom sent me the following email:

>Hi- We went to Columbus this weekend to visit Brenda and Steve. Went biking Saturday and then on Sunday went to the Chihuly glass exhibition. (Dale Chihuly is the artist) It was in the plant conservatory and was laid out so that as you walked around turns in the path you’d see a different displays of glass. It was nice. They had some of his pieces - on a much smaller scale - that you could buy if you had a spare $4000-$6000 laying around!

So you’ve noticed that kitzke.com is a bit different. What gives? Well I’ve had a blog style layout for several years now, first with Moveable Type and then with PostNuke, and they both worked well. There was one problem though…

I never updated the site!

Well one day I was reading a thread on the and found a great idea. I use my website to present information for me and my friends, but this information doesn’t change that often and I never figured out a great way to organize things. Enter the Wiki… I’m not totally happy with just Php Wiki though, mainly because I can’t integrate gallery very well. I do like the ease of update though. I may find another wiki program or integrate phpWiki into Post Nuke. We’ll see…
